Aloha! 👋🌸

We‘re Sisters of the Sea, a nonprofit ‘ohana (Hawaiian for family) of surf-loving women in Jax Beach.
Whether you‘re a first-time wave chaser or a lifelong local, we want you to come join our sisterhood!

Every first Sunday of the month, we paddle out, clean up, and continue to build our community of strong women
- through surf, sun, and sisterhood.

Welcome to the Lineup 🤙

Whether you‘re an OG surfer girl or haven‘t found your balance on a board (yet), paddling out solo can feel intimidating.

So… join our lineup! For almost 30 years, we‘ve been paddling out together.
And on the water, we‘ve found so much more than epic waves - we‘ve found enhanced well-being and connection.

At Sisters of the Sea, we do surf meet-ups, beach cleanups, volunteer opportunities, and so much more.

Our sisterhood is dedicated to giving back to our community, and empowering female surfers - of all ages, backgrounds, and surfing abilities.

The next chapter starts now.

Jacksonville Beach Pier Women's Surfing Competition
Sisters of the Sea Surf Classic Florida

For 26 beautiful years, the Sisters of the Sea Surf Classic brought together thousands of surfers and supporters in our community to an event that was so much more than a competition… It was a celebration of sisterhood, surf, and spirit.

It had never been about winning — it was about hui, coming together.

And after three decades, our Surf Classic has caught its final wave, and we‘re entering our ✨new era✨

But the stoke lives on - and the waves are calling YOUR name!
